Our Services
Arrow Care provides compassionate home and community health care services to participants with disabilities who are funded through the National Disability Insurance Scheme. Our services include daily personal activities, SIL support, physiotherapy, personal care, domestic assistance, respite care, and social support. Arrow Care is dedicated to giving people with disabilities greater choice, control and freedom, enabling them to realise their personal aspirations and goals and empowering them to live life as independently as possible. We offer services throughout the Sunshine Coast region, from North Brisbane to Gympie and west to Kenilworth and surrounds.
Physiotherapy
Our Physiotherapy team are compassionate clinicians with over 10 years experience. We offer in-home support to align with your needs and goals; and clinic appointments available in Buddina QLD. We are passionate about making your goals become reality.

Clinical Pilates
Here at Arrow Care, we have a range of Clinical Pilates programs tailored to your individual needs. Our small classes ensure personalized attention from our experienced Pilates instructor and Physiotherapist, Dana Le Clerc. From gentle stretches to advanced Clinical Pilates movements for rehabilitation, we offer a variety of class times to improve your strength and flexibility.
Classes are Wednesday to Friday - morning and afternoon sessions available as from 07 November 2024
